Challenge:
A specialty manufacturer in Ontario needed a 3D bent hook designed to hold a specific part during their assembly process. The hook had been supplied by an overseas manufacturer, but long lead times and increased costs pushed the customer to look for a Canadian supplier. They provided a drawing along with a physical sample for reference.
